    These samples are quite amazing! Beautifully played and recorded. They instantly provided me with song-starting ideas! I even chained several of the sax licks together into a sax solo! My only suggestion: there should be additional volumes with more of Snake Davis\' amazing, soulful playing where he offers other styles, as well as other types of scales (everything I have heard so far is mostly pentatonic or based on the blues scale), and different rhytmic densities, for instance, a few more long tones, and some more ripping 16th note fast riffs, maybe something bebop-oriented. Having some single, isolated notes might be good idea, since sometimes you can take a riff from one key, replace one or two notes and make it work in a different key. Also, adding soprano and baritone sax would be awesome. But I am getting nitpicky here. For about $30 bucks you will get an exceptional value. This is one of the best sax sample collection I have heard so far. I just feel having additional volumes would be amazing. Please let me know if you ever make them. I will be the first in line to purchase them. Snake Davis is simply fantastic! Very well done!! Reply
