249 loops and 153 one-shots in all instrumental categories make up this impressive debut from Brit producer and multi-instrumentalist Rogan, all suited to dub-influenced and downtempo genres. The man clearly has a talent for tarting up a sub, as showcased by the surprisingly diverse bass loops, and a shrewd ear for melody, evident in the exquisitely detailed pads, keyboards and strings (ChargedOrchestra_SP_01 is absolutely breathtaking). One of those libraries in which you find something new every time you go back to it – we look forward to the sequel.
